SBX track training on Pitztal glacier

Decide for perfect pre-season training in November, choose to join us from 1 week (6 days of training!) to 4 weeks (28 days of training). Pitztal is at a snow sure altitude of 3440m, with quality FIS level shaped tracks to train on.

Included on your SBX camp

 Seven nights accommodation:

Shared accommodation with your team mates, and only a 10 minute drive from the glacier each day. 

 Transport around the station:

Pick up and drop off from the local train station, taken to and from the glacier each day from our accommodation. Plus, driven to and from any team outings.

 

 Six days training on SBX course: 

Training technical race skills on the slopes and on various courses every day, 6 days a week.

 

 Three evening sessions:

Various bases covered from video feedback to nutrition, and from race waxing, to dry land balance skills.

 Five person team maximum: 

We ensure quality attention, as your development comes first.

 Opportunities to race:

Race day coaching is included for Junior Cup and, or European Cup. 

 Real athlete guarantee:

Our accommodation is a 100% athlete training zone, with no alcohol consummation allowed, dinners are prepared, cooked and cleaned after, by the full team each night. Costs for dinners are split at the beginning or end of the week - circa €100 per week.

A typical week on camp in Austria

Maximise your time on this intensive training program for 1 week or more, fully deigned for juniors and seniors. It allows you to focus on being the best you can each day, under our expert guidance.

Day 1 - day 6 / Sunday to Friday

Morning Activity list
7h - 8.30h Breakfast, and prepare sandwich for lunch.
10 mins Drive to the glacier.
9h - 9.15h Warm up / movement co-ordination drills.
9.20h Introduce BIG RAD theory of the day
9.30h - 12h Train new skill for the day, to be incorporated on track.
 12h - 12.30h Lunch / premade sandwich and snack.
 12.30h - 15.15h Track training / video feedback
 15.15h - 15.30h Connect BIG RAD theory to learning challenges of day.
 16h Return to accommodation.
Evening Activity list
16h - 17h Relax / recover.
17h - 18h Evening sessions, wax boards.
18h - 19h Prepare dinner / relax / recover.
19h - 20h Eat dinner together.
20h - 21h  Relax / recover.
22h Bed.

Times may vary depending on team energy and weather considerations.

All you need is to pay your travel, lift ticket, and a round up of food for the week (circa €90).

Included is a pickup and drop-off at Imst-Pitztal train station. For an added extra, we can also pickup at Innsbruck airport. Other options to arrive include:
